Construction of Family Homes and Semi-Detached Houses – A New Direction for STROY17

STROY17 s.r.o., also known through our Roofer.cz brand, is expanding its services. In addition to roofing and the supply of sheet metal roofing materials, we are now also focusing on the construction of family homes, semi-detached houses and our own investment projects.

We are currently building a modern 2 × 165 m² semi-detached house. Each part is designed as an independent 4+kk family home with its own plot of approximately 500 m².

The first major construction stage is now complete. This included earthworks and foundations, sewerage, utility penetrations, radon ventilation, backfilling and compaction, the concrete foundation slab, waterproofing with a FATRAFOL PVC membrane, a protective concrete slab and drainage around the house.

The foundations are complete. Now we are starting the masonry work – and we will gradually show you the entire construction process on Roofer.cz.

Today, STROY17 s.r.o. provides not only roofing services, but also foundation slabs, shell construction, family house construction and turnkey house construction.
