Trapezoidal sheet T35 is a high-strength profiled sheet made of high-quality steel sheet galvanized on both sides and protected by a polyester surface treatment. Thanks to the profile height of 35 mm, it provides excellent static properties and is intended primarily for demanding structures.

It is used mainly as facade cladding for commercial and industrial buildings, and is also suitable as a roof covering. The high rigidity of the profile allows for use with larger spans of the supporting structure and ensures long-term stability.

• absorbs condensation drops forming on the underside of the sheet metal,
• retains moisture thanks to polyester fibers,
• allows subsequent evaporation of moisture back into the air,
• significantly reduces the risk of condensation dripping into the interior.

Production specifications

BILKA T35 trapezoidal sheet metal is manufactured in a nominal thickness of 0.4–1.0 mm according to the requirements of a specific construction.

Standard module lengths range from 0.5 m to 13.5 m, while non-standard lengths can be custom-made after prior consultation with a technical specialist.

The sheet is available in a wide range of colors according to the sample book.

Technical characteristics

T35 trapezoidal sheet is made of steel sheet galvanized on both sides, protected by a polyester surface treatment. The nominal material thickness is 0.4–1.0 mm.

The profile has a total width of 1085 mm and a useful (covering) width of 1065 mm, with the profile height reaching 35 mm.

The weight of the material varies between approximately 3 and 12.5 kg/m², depending on the thickness.

The minimum roof slope is:

• 8° if diagonal joints are not used,
• 14° if diagonal joints are part of the structure.

The following warranties apply to the T35 trapezoidal sheet metal depending on the type of surface treatment:

• 15 years for a matte surface and wood decor (Wood),
• up to 30 years for the GrandeMat surface treatment.

The estimated service life of the covering is up to 60 years. The material is designed to withstand significant temperature fluctuations and demanding climatic conditions.
