Sinusoidal sheet S18 is a profiled sheet designed for the construction and reconstruction of civil, industrial and agricultural buildings. It can be used for both roof coverings and interior and exterior walls. Thanks to its shape, it provides a balanced ratio between strength, aesthetics and economic efficiency.

Production specifications

The BILKA S18 sinusoidal sheet is made of high-quality steel sheet with double-sided galvanization and a protective polyester surface treatment.

The nominal thickness of the sheet ranges from 0.4–0.6 mm according to the requirements of a specific construction.

Standard module lengths are manufactured from 0.5 m to 13.5 m, and non-standard lengths can also be supplied to order after prior consultation with the manufacturer's technical specialist.

A wide range of color designs is available according to the sample book.

Technical characteristics

The S18 sinusoidal sheet is made of steel sheet galvanized on both sides, protected by a polyester surface treatment. The nominal thickness is 0.4–0.6 mm.

The profile has a total width of 1100 mm and a useful (covering) width of 1050 mm, while the profile height is 18 mm.

The weight of the material varies between 3 and 7 kg/m², depending on the thickness.

The minimum roof slope is:

• 8° if diagonal joints are not used,
• 14° in the case of diagonal joints.

Warranty and service life

The following warranties apply to the surface treatment:

• 10 years for color stability and corrosion protection for a glossy surface,
• 15 years for a matte surface and wood decor (Wood),
• up to 30 years for the GrandeMat surface treatment.

The estimated service life of the roofing material is up to 60 years. The material is designed to withstand significant temperature fluctuations and demanding climatic conditions.
