T60 trapezoidal sheet is a structural profiled sheet intended primarily for industrial and commercial buildings, such as warehouses, production halls, logistics and shopping centers. It is made of high-quality steel sheet galvanized on both sides and protected by a polyester coating, which ensures long service life and high resistance to corrosion.
The T60 profile is designed as a load-bearing element and is used primarily as a base for roof coverings with a small slope of up to 5°, in combination with thermal insulation and final roofing. It is also used as an interfloor structure in multi-storey buildings.

Trapezoidal sheet metal T60 is an ideal solution especially for:

Production specifications
The structural trapezoidal sheet metal T60 of the BILKA brand is produced in a wide range of nominal thicknesses of 0.5–2.5 mm, which allows its use even in statically very demanding projects.
Standard module lengths are from 0.5 m to 13.5 m. Production of non-standard lengths to measure is possible after prior consultation with the manufacturer's technical specialist.
The sheet metal is available in a wide range of colors according to the sample book.
Technical characteristics
T60 trapezoidal sheet is made of steel sheet galvanized on both sides, protected by a polyester coating.
The nominal material thickness is 0.5–2.5 mm.
The profile has a total width of 980 mm and a useful (covering) width of 940 mm, with a profile height of 60 mm.
The material weight ranges from approximately 7.64 to 12.5 kg/m², depending on the selected thickness.
Warranty and service life
The following warranties apply to T60 trapezoidal sheet, depending on the type of surface treatment:
- 10 years for color stability and corrosion protection for a glossy surface,
- 15 years for a matte surface,
- up to 30 years for the GrandeMat surface treatment.
The estimated service life of the structure is up to 60 years. The material is designed to withstand significant temperature fluctuations and harsh climatic conditions.
