Semi-Detached House Construction in Sokolí – Load-Bearing Walls and HELUZ MIAKO Floors

We continue the construction of a modern semi-detached house in Sokolí near Třebíč, Czech Republic, consisting of two independent family homes, each with a usable floor area of approximately 165 m².

Following the completion of the foundation structures, we have constructed the external and internal load-bearing walls using HELUZ ceramic blocks, built the internal partition walls, and installed the HELUZ MIAKO intermediate floor system.

The next stage will include attic floor construction, installation of the roof framework, and roofing works.
