A very interesting project.

This house is over 300 years old, built by the Germans. According to the owner of the house, the last roof reconstruction was carried out about 150 years ago. The roof was covered with small-format ceramic tiles Bobrovka weighing about 80 kg/m2, which were still in good condition at the time, but they deserve their 150-year age. Currently, not every modern roofing material can boast such operational characteristics.

The condition of the wooden roof structures was good and only required minor repairs.

After dismantling the tiles and repairing the wooden structures, we leveled all the roof planes, installed the roof waterproofing membrane, counter-laths, battens and laid the metal roof Gotic Mat 0.5 mm in anthracite color, including all roof accessories.

Overall, considering that the wooden structure is about 150 years old, we reduced the load by approximately 60 kg per m2, which represents about 15 tons in total volume.
