Standing Seam Roof Renovation – Tři Studně, RAL 6020

We completed a full roof renovation of a family house in Tři Studně, Czech Republic. The original bitumen shingle roofing, approximately 20 years old, had recurring leakage problems. We replaced it with modern standing seam metal roofing in dark green RAL 6020, featuring a matt finish and 0.5 mm metal thickness.

The project included removing the old roofing, inspecting and repairing the wooden roof decking, installing a specialised Bauder roofing membrane, completely replacing the gutter system, and installing all necessary sheet metal flashings and roofing accessories.

A key feature of this project was the production of standing seam panels up to 8 metres long directly on-site using our mobile roll-forming machine. This technology allowed us to create a transition between two roof planes using a single continuous panel without additional transverse joints.

The result is a modern, aesthetically attractive roof with a minimal number of joints and professionally finished details.

Total project cost: CZK 380,000, including materials and installation.
