The client originally contacted us only with a request to replace the gutter system. However, after a detailed roof inspection, it became clear that the existing roofing and structural elements were in very poor technical condition, and replacing only the gutters would not solve the problem. Therefore, we recommended a complete roof reconstruction.

As part of the project, we carried out a full removal of the original ceramic roof tiles, installation of a new breathable roofing membrane, counter battens and roof battens. We then installed a new BILKA Britanic metal roofing system in anthracite color, including a complete gutter system, chimney flashing, and lightning protection system.
