The roof was installed only 12 years ago, but since the roofers probably did not know about such a concept as the correct arrangement of the ventilation space under the roof, or in other words, the air gap, the asphalt shingles soon began to peel off from the roof surfaces and required constant repairs.

We repaired the roof, created an air gap, installed an additional waterproofing membrane and installed metal roofing of the Gotic type from the manufacturer BILKA in anthracite color and with a premium Grande Mat surface.
