We completed a complete reconstruction of a pitched roof on a family house, where the owner had been struggling with serious problems caused by poor-quality construction for a long time. Unfortunately, it often happens that houses built "for sale" suffer from shortcomings that only become apparent after several months or years of use.
Insufficient insulation and lack of waterproofing
The thermal insulation of this roof was performed unprofessionally and the basic waterproofing layer was completely missing.
This caused:
- heavy condensation on the underside of the metal roofing,
- wetting of the insulation,
- deterioration of the energy balance of the house,
- risk of mold and degradation of wooden structures.
Similar mistakes occur when the builder does not follow the principles of building physics or tries to save on key materials.
Reconstruction process by ROOFER specialists
Our professional assembly team carried out a complete repair:
- replacement of thermal insulation with highly efficient material,
- strengthening and rehabilitation of the wooden supporting structure,
- dismantling of the old roofing,
- installation of a new roof waterproofing membrane,
- installation of counter-battens and battens,
- laying of a new metal roofing.

- high resistance to weather conditions,
- low weight suitable for reconstruction,
