STROY17 s.r.o. – ROOFER.cz is expanding its activities into real estate investment and development projects in the Czech Republic. One of our latest projects involves the construction and renovation of three recreational houses in the picturesque area of Kozlany, just 200 metres from the river.

The goal is to create modern recreational properties suitable for year-round living, combining comfort, privacy and an attractive natural setting.

Construction of Two New Recreational Houses

As part of the project, we acquired three plots of land with one unfinished house. Two new recreational houses will be built on separate plots, while the existing property will undergo extensive renovation and completion.

We have already successfully completed the foundation work for both new houses. The next stages include the construction of load-bearing walls, floors and roof structures, followed by utility installations, thermal insulation, façade work and interior finishing.

Renovation and Completion of an Unfinished House

The project also includes the completion of an existing unfinished house, which requires significant construction improvements.

We plan to renovate and complete the building in stages, focusing on safety, energy efficiency and comfortable year-round use.
