How much does the metal roofing itself cost for 200 m²?
In the ROOFER offer for 2026, basic metal roofing can be found from approximately CZK 193/m² including VAT. For example, Classic Glossy roofing with a thickness of 0.4 mm currently costs CZK 193/m².

• installation of the roofing and flashing elements.
In the case of renovation, it may also be necessary to remove the old roofing or repair the existing roof structure.
According to the ROOFER indicative price list, a complete metal roof installation in 2026 costs approximately CZK 1,500 to CZK 3,000/m² including material and installation.
So how much does a complete 200 m² metal roof cost?
For an area of 200 m², we can approximately calculate:
200 × CZK 1,500 = CZK 300,000
and for a more demanding installation:
200 × CZK 3,000 = CZK 600,000
A complete metal roof with an area of 200 m² can therefore cost approximately CZK 300,000 to CZK 600,000 including VAT.
What affects the roof price the most?
