Repair of a sloping roof, installation of metal roofing

We have carried out a complete reconstruction of the roof covering on a family house. Unfortunately, in many houses that are built for sale, the quality of the work performed is insufficient!!!

Many builders either do not think about it at all, or perhaps do not know the principles of building physics!

In our case, the client was faced with the problem of poorly performed thermal insulation of the roof, and most importantly, the metal roofing was installed without an important waterproofing layer, which led to severe condensation....

The specialists of the ROOFER company replaced the thermal insulation of the roof, strengthened the wooden supporting structure and replaced the existing roof covering with a Britanic Grande Mat RAL 7024 modular metal roof with a rebated panel cladding of the roof ends.
