Another completed project! We were contacted with a request to replace an existing asphalt shingle roof with a modern metal roofing system at Okružní 259, 250 84 Křenice (Prague-East).
The original roof had been installed approximately 12 years ago, but problems appeared relatively quickly. The main cause was an incorrect roof build-up without a properly designed ventilation air gap. As a result, the asphalt shingles began to peel away from the roof surface, leading to frequent failures and repeated repairs.
